Notes: A shiny, smooth, purple plum that ripens just after Santa Rosa and into the Black Amber time period. It is larger and much firmer than Santa Rosa and much better in flavor than Black Amber. It has a round, flattened shape and a heavy bloom. It produces plenty of pollen and is attractive to bees, but it needs a pollinator spiked in each tree to produce consistently.
